The Secretary General of the Progressive Democratic Party (PDP), Oscar Moscariello, supported President Javier Milei's management by pointing out that the fight against inflation and corruption is essential to protect the most disadvantaged and promote ethics in the exercise of power.
Moscariello made these statements while leading an event at Plaza Kennedy in the Buenos Aires town of San Martín to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the creation of the PDP, founded by Lisandro De la Torre in 1914, under liberal, republican, democratic, and public ethics values. The event was attended by Julio Sorrentino, a reference of the party in San Martín and pro-secretary of the Bar Association of that locality, and Roberto Siminian, president of the Regionalist Party.
During the event, Moscariello highlighted the importance of the ideals of freedom and progress, which gave rise to the PDP 110 years ago and continue to be relevant today, especially in relation to the structural reforms promoted by President Milei's government. He also emphasized that the fight against inflation and corruption is fundamental to protect the most disadvantaged and promote ethics in the exercise of power.
